| 1 piece fresh jalapeno, thinly sliced |
| 2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves |
| 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 tablespoon sesame oil |
| 6 piece wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes |
| 6 piece boneless, skinless chicken thighs |
| 25 piece miniature peanut butter cups or 8 full-size (such as Reese’s) |
| 1 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1 cup rice wine vinegar |
| 1 cup soy sauce |
